When Gmail says storage full, the advice is always the same: search for big emails, save the important attachments somewhere first, then delete. Sound. Also an afternoon of clicking, and one missed file away from regret.

Dioveo does the first, slow half for you. It indexes the attachments still available in your Gmail history, shows what is taking the space, and exports all of it in one pass, as organized zips or straight into Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive. Once your files are safe, deleting the emails is a decision instead of a gamble. One honest caveat: your own Google Drive shares the same 15 GB pool as Gmail, so to truly reclaim Google storage, export to your computer, Dropbox, OneDrive, or a Drive on a different Google account.

Why is my Gmail storage full?
Storage is shared by Gmail, Google Drive, and Google Photos. Large attachments can use a lot of Gmail space, but check your Google storage breakdown to see which service is using yours.
Will deleting an email delete its attachment?
Yes. The attachment lives inside the email, so deleting the email (and emptying the trash) removes the file too. That is why you export first and delete second.
Can I send everything to Google Drive instead of downloading?
Yes. The export can deliver every attachment directly into your Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive, organized by sender and year. Nothing needs to touch your computer. Note that Drive on the same Google account draws from the same 15 GB quota as Gmail, so for real space savings pick Dropbox, OneDrive, a different Google account, or a download to your computer.
Is this a subscription?
No. A one-time export purchase covers your whole mailbox for a week, export as often as you need. Pro subscribers have it included, but you do not need Pro to clean your mailbox once.
Is it cheaper than just buying Google One?
Google One adds storage to your Google account. Dioveo helps you copy attachments elsewhere before you clean up Gmail. Choose based on whether you want to keep the mail in Google or maintain your own archive.
Does Dioveo delete anything in my Gmail?
No. Dioveo never deletes email. It copies your attachments out over official Google APIs; any cleanup afterwards is done by you, in Gmail, at your own pace.
