How it works

From inbox to done in three steps

When Gmail says storage full, the advice is always the same: search for big emails, save the important attachments somewhere first, then delete. Sound. Also an afternoon of clicking, and one missed file away from regret.

Dioveo does the first, slow half for you. It indexes every attachment you have ever received, shows what is taking the space, and exports all of it in one pass, as organized zips or straight into Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive. Once your files are safe, deleting the emails is a decision instead of a gamble.

And unlike paying Google for more storage, this is not a subscription. One export purchase covers your whole mailbox, as often as you need for a week. Your files end up where you can actually use them, not buried in old email you are renting space for.

1

See what fills your storage

Sign in with Google and Dioveo indexes your full history. Filter by size to find the heavy files: old photos, videos, fat PDFs.

2

Export everything, once

One action packages every attachment as organized zips, or sends them all to your Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive, sorted by sender and year.

3

Delete with confidence

With every file safe outside Gmail, delete the heavy emails and empty the trash. Your storage comes back; your files never left you.

Why Dioveo

Built for exactly this job

Straight to your own drive. Skip the download entirely: the export can deliver every attachment into your Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive, mirroring your folders.

Find the space hogs. Filter your whole history by size, type, sender, or age. The twenty emails eating half your storage are one search away.

Organized, not a dump. Exports arrive as folders per sender and per year, so the result is an archive you can navigate, not a pile of files.

Nothing deleted by us, ever. Dioveo only copies your files out. Deleting email stays your decision, made in Gmail, after your files are safe.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Why is my Gmail storage full?
The 15 GB is shared by Gmail, Drive, and Photos, and in Gmail it is almost always attachments: years of photos, PDFs, and videos riding along on old email. The email text itself is tiny.
Will deleting an email delete its attachment?
Yes. The attachment lives inside the email, so deleting the email (and emptying the trash) removes the file too. That is why you export first and delete second.
Can I send everything to Google Drive instead of downloading?
Yes. The export can deliver every attachment directly into your Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive, organized by sender and year. Nothing needs to touch your computer.
Is this a subscription?
No. A one-time export purchase covers your whole mailbox for a week, export as often as you need. Pro subscribers have it included, but you do not need Pro to clean your mailbox once.
Is it cheaper than just buying Google One?
Google One is fine if you want to keep paying monthly forever. A one-time export solves it differently: your files move to where you want them, you delete the dead weight, and the free 15 GB is yours again with no new bill.
Does Dioveo delete anything in my Gmail?
No. Dioveo never deletes email. It copies your attachments out over official Google APIs; any cleanup afterwards is done by you, in Gmail, at your own pace.
