Takeout wraps your attachments inside a giant MBOX archive that needs another program to open. Dioveo exports the files themselves, organized by folder, year, and sender.

How it works
Google Takeout is the official way to export your Gmail, and for a full account backup it does the job. But if what you want is your attachments, Takeout is the long way around. It produces a single MBOX file with every attachment encoded inside as text. To reach your PDFs and photos you still need a desktop email client or a script.
Dioveo skips all of that. It indexes your mailbox, shows you every attachment as a file, and exports exactly what you select as normal, ready-to-use files in organized zips.

One click, no forms. Dioveo uses official Google APIs and never sees your password.
Pick what to export
Everything, or just some senders, types, or date ranges. Takeout is all or nothing per label. Dioveo exports exactly the set you choose.
Download organized zips
Files arrive with their real names, sorted into folders by sender and year. No MBOX, no Thunderbird, no scripts.
Why Dioveo
Files, not archives. Every attachment is exported as the file it is: the PDF, the photo, the spreadsheet. Nothing needs unpacking with another tool.
Selective exports. Export a year of invoices or one client folder without pulling your entire mailbox every time.
Organized on arrival. Zips mirror your Library folders, with structure by sender and year, so the export is usable the moment it lands.
Straight to your cloud. Send the export to Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive instead of your download folder.
