Built for exactly this job

One row per invoice. Supplier, invoice number, invoice date, due date, subtotal, tax, total and currency, each in its own column. Change the columns to whatever your bookkeeping needs.

Any document, not only invoices. PDFs, Word and Excel files, decks, text and CSV, and photos or scans in JPG, PNG, HEIC and TIFF. Scanned pages with no text layer are read too. Define your own columns and the same workflow handles receipts, contracts, payslips or anything else.

Shows its work. Every value carries the line it came from and the page it was on, so you can check a number without opening the file.

Frequently asked questions

Does it work on scanned invoices?
Yes. Scanned and photographed documents are read as well as digital ones. Scans are harder, so more of their values are sent to review, which is where you want them.
What if it reads something wrong?
You see three of your own invoices extracted before anything is saved. After that, uncertain values go to a review queue where you see the document beside the value and can correct it before the row is written.
Can I choose my own columns?
Yes. Start from the invoice template and rename, add or remove columns, set each one as text, date, amount or a fixed list of choices, and mark the ones that matter as required.
Does it change my email?
No. Dioveo reads attachments and writes to a spreadsheet it creates. Your mail is never modified, and the spreadsheet is yours in your own Google Drive.
Will it duplicate rows?
No. Each attachment is written once, tracked by a hidden identifier in the sheet, so retries and repeat runs never produce a second row for the same document.
How many documents can it extract?
